Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, tag attach to product is not been cut off and also provide videography for unbox/ product condition to avoid any conflict between buyer and seller.
退货资格: 要符合退货条件,商品必须满足以下条件:Products for exchange must be shipped back to the seller within 7 days after receiving the goods. We only accept exchanges product for different sizes, not for different product. However, if the product is too small or too large for the buyer and there is no suitable size available, we may agree to exchange it for another product of equal value.

During exchange process, we not bear for the returning postage for seller, product is available for 1 time exchange only.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes as well as intimate or sanitary goods like underwear, stocking, or other personal hygiene products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you / whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your product exchange.

If you are approved, then your parcel will be processed and send back to exchange parcel to u on the next 2-3 working days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items can be exchange. Sale items cannot be exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
